The terms that apply when you use SalesOpsClub, its software directory, comparisons, and downloadable templates.
This text describes how the site actually works. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is relied on.
SalesOpsClub (salesopsclub.com) is published by North Radar Media ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
SalesOpsClub maintains a sales software directory covering tools across every major category, alongside a sales ops glossary that defines the terminology sales and RevOps teams use daily. For in-depth analysis, our sales operations blog publishes buyer guides and research articles, while the head-to-head comparison pages help teams weigh specific tools against each other. What SalesOpsClub is
SalesOpsClub is an independent research and directory site for people evaluating sales operations and RevOps software. We are not a vendor, reseller, or broker for any product listed, and we are not party to any agreement you make with a vendor.
Editorial independence
Our profiles, rankings, comparisons, and verdicts are editorial opinion formed under the process described on How We Work. Vendors cannot pay to be listed, removed, or ranked higher. Any sponsored content or affiliate link will be labeled where it appears; see the editorial disclaimer.
No warranty on vendor information
Software pricing, packaging, features, integrations, and company ownership change often and without notice. We research carefully and date every review, but we do not guarantee that information on the site is complete, current, or accurate, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy a specific product. Confirm pricing, terms, security, and fit with the vendor before you buy.
The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
Downloadable templates
Templates in the resource library (PDF, CSV, and web versions) are free. You may:
- use, copy, and adapt them inside your own organization, including for work you do for clients;
- share them with colleagues in your organization.
You may not:
- sell, resell, sublicense, or bundle a template (modified or not) in a paid product;
- republish a template publicly as your own, or remove the SalesOpsClub attribution from a copy you distribute outside your organization;
- use automated means to bulk-download the library.
Templates are starting points, not professional advice. Compensation plans, forecasts, and quotas built from them are your responsibility; review them with your finance, legal, and HR advisers before relying on them.
Using the site
Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, attempt to bypass the resource library gate or rate limits, submit false or someone else's details in a form, or use the site to break the law. We may block access that does.
Content ownership
Text, data compilations, design, and templates on SalesOpsClub are owned by North Radar Media or used with permission, except where noted. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products; their use does not imply endorsement. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page.
Links to other sites
We link to vendor sites, review platforms, and other sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, pricing, or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, North Radar Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site, its content, or its templates, or from any purchase you make from a vendor. Because the site and templates are free, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and contact
