Quotes from deal records
Reps build quotes from the product library on the deal. Recreate your three most common quote types and time how long each takes.
HubSpot
HubSpot CPQ covers quotes, product line items, and approval workflow inside HubSpot. It is the simpler option for teams that already run CRM and deals in HubSpot and want quoting in the same place.
The trade-off is depth. Standalone CPQ tools handle complex product rules, usage pricing, and heavy approval matrices. HubSpot's quoting suits teams whose products and discounts are relatively simple.

HubSpot moved quoting and CPQ into Revenue Hub, which it renamed from Commerce Hub on June 16, 2026, according to a HubSpot Community announcement; the product catalog now lists a Revenue Seat (previously Commerce Seat). Revenue Hub is sold per seat with no seat minimum. Professional is $95 per seat per month in the catalog and $85 on annual billing on the pricing page, and Enterprise is $140. In September 2026 the pricing page also offered new customers who buy Sales Hub a promotion of $57 (Pro) or $98 (Enterprise) per seat per month billed annually. No onboarding fee is listed.
For a 10-seat team on Professional at the annual rate, the math is 10 x $85 x 12 = $10,200 a year. Enterprise, which you need for multi-step approvals and quote rules, is 10 x $140 x 12 = $16,800 a year. Ask whether every rep needs a Revenue seat, or only those who build quotes, and whether reps also need a Sales Hub seat.
Payment processing adds a platform fee: 0.75% on Stripe or 0.5% on HubSpot Payments, which HubSpot is waiving for the first year as a promotion. The main cost advantage over a standalone CPQ is avoiding a separate contract and integration. That saving disappears if you outgrow it and migrate quotes and product data later.

No integration layer. Quotes pull products and deal data from the same HubSpot records reps already use, and approvals run on the same platform, so nothing has to sync between systems.
HubSpot Revenue Hub is one of 15 tools we cover in CPQ Software.
HubSpot CPQ fits HubSpot-centered teams with a manageable product catalog, standard discount rules, and a need to get quotes out faster without a separate tool.
Complex configuration is where native quoting runs out. If you sell bundles with dependencies, usage-based pricing, or multi-currency ramps, test those exact scenarios before you commit.

Discount approvals are the most common reason teams want CPQ. Map your real approval matrix and check whether HubSpot can route by discount level, deal size, and region.
Check how the product library handles bundles, recurring versus one-time items, and currencies. This is where simpler CPQ tools diverge from dedicated platforms.
Test HubSpot's native quoting first. If your hardest deal type does not work cleanly, compare DealHub or PandaDoc CPQ and check how each connects to HubSpot.
No integration to build or maintain between CRM and quoting.
Teams already in HubSpot can start quoting with little new training.
Complex bundles and pricing models may need a dedicated CPQ.
Multi-step approvals and quote rules require Revenue Hub Enterprise at $140 per seat per month; Professional has standard approvals only.

What does migrating to a dedicated CPQ look like later if we outgrow it?
Yes. Quotes, a product library, approvals and e-signature are part of Revenue Hub (formerly Commerce Hub), with multi-step approvals and quote rules on Enterprise.
Quoting and CPQ are sold as Revenue Hub: Professional at $85 per seat per month billed annually ($95 list) and Enterprise at $140, with promotional pricing when bought with Sales Hub. A 10-seat Professional team pays about $10,200 a year. Checked September 2026.
Usually not for heavily configurable products. Test your hardest quote scenario before deciding.
Ask HubSpot for a Revenue Hub trial, and test your real products, discounts and approval chain during it.
