Spekit AI Sidekick pricing, features and alternatives
Spekit AI Sidekick is the AI assistant inside Spekit, the sales enablement platform. What separates it from general sales copilots is where its answers come from: a governed content library your enablement team approves and versions. Buy it if that library exists or you will build one. Sidekick is sold as part of the Spekit platform, by custom quote.
The short answer
Buy Spekit AI Sidekick if you already use Spekit or plan to centralize enablement content in it, messaging and process change often enough that reps struggle to keep up, reps live in Chrome moving between Salesforce, email, Gong, and Slack, and someone will own content accuracy week to week.
Skip it if you want an assistant mainly for CRM updates, forecasting, or pipeline inspection, your content lives in Highspot or Seismic and you do not plan to move it, your company standardizes on Microsoft Copilot for Sales and wants one assistant everywhere, or no one has time to maintain a governed knowledge base.
Where Spekit AI Sidekick fits
It fits sales orgs with a real enablement function, frequent product or process changes, and reps who work mostly in the browser across Salesforce, Gmail or Outlook, and Slack. Companies already on Spekit get the most value, since the Knowledge Engine is already populated.
Grounding is the difference. Most sales AI assistants answer from CRM records, email, and call data. Sidekick also answers from content your enablement team has approved and versioned, which Spekit calls the Knowledge Engine, so a rep asking how to position against a competitor gets your talk track instead of a generic model response. For companies that change messaging often, that control matters more than clever drafting.
Spekit's product pages describe a Chrome extension that works in any browser tab, with native placement in Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, Gong, and Slack. Reps ask questions, draft messages, or find content without opening a separate portal. In a pilot, collect the twenty questions new reps ask managers most often and check how many Sidekick answers correctly from your own content.
Spekit says Sidekick reads meeting transcripts, CRM fields, and emails to recommend a relevant case study, battlecard, or asset, and that it drafts follow-up emails from call transcripts with assets attached. It can also build a buyer-facing deal room for an opportunity, and Spekit claims engagement tracking that shows who viewed what and for how long. Compare that against what your sales engagement tool already records, so you do not pay twice for the same report.
Spekit positions Sidekick as a coach as well as an assistant: it surfaces proof points when an objection comes up and can push learning paths and knowledge checks inside the workflow. That ties it to onboarding and to the ramp period for new reps, which is where enablement leaders usually measure it. Spekit also lists 20 or more integrations, including SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, HubSpot, and Outreach.
Spekit AI Sidekick pricing
Spekit does not publish prices. Its pricing page, checked in September 2026, says packages are customizable based on organization size, needs, and use case, and asks buyers to contact sales. The page does not say whether Sidekick is part of every package or a paid add-on, so ask directly. You will also see per-user figures for Spekit on reseller and comparison sites; we could not confirm any of them with the vendor, so treat them as rumors until you have a quote in hand.
Model these before the call:
- Who needs a seat. Sidekick is useful to every quota-carrying rep, while the content behind it is built by a small enablement or ops team.
- Whether authors and readers are licensed differently, and whether Slack-only or read-only users cost less.
- Whether AI Sidekick is included in the platform package or sold as an add-on.
- The upkeep itself. An assistant grounded in your own library needs someone to write, verify, and retire content every month, and that labor is the hidden line item.
Ask for the quote at your real rep count and your real author count, and get the add-on question answered in writing. The per-user numbers circulating on third-party sites are not vendor prices, and nobody has confirmed them.
What Spekit AI Sidekick gives up
Sidekick is only as current as your library. If no one owns content decay, the assistant will confidently serve out-of-date pricing or positioning, and reps will stop asking it. The upkeep never ends.
It is browser-first. Confirm how reps on desktop email clients, mobile, or Microsoft Teams get the same answers, because a thinner experience there undercuts the whole point.
Packaging and cost need a sales conversation. Spekit publishes no prices, and its pricing page does not say whether Sidekick is in every package.
How Spekit AI Sidekick compares
If the assistant should mainly work on CRM data, compare Salesforce's sales AI, HubSpot Breeze, or Microsoft Copilot for Sales. If the priority is governed knowledge, Guru is the nearest match. For larger content libraries and buyer-facing collateral, Highspot and Seismic are the usual shortlist.
| Tool | Best for | Price | Where it breaks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Salesforce Sales AI | Assistants working on CRM records and pipeline | Agentforce for Sales add-on from $125/user/mo; Sales Cloud Max $550/user/mo billed annually | Focused on records and pipeline, not approved enablement content |
| HubSpot Breeze | HubSpot shops wanting AI on CRM data | Included with paid seats; extra credits $0.01 per credit | Credit-metered, and CRM-centric rather than content-centric |
| Microsoft Copilot for Sales | Microsoft 365 standardization | Microsoft 365 Copilot $30/user/mo; CRM license separate | One assistant everywhere means less enablement depth |
| Guru | Governed answers to rep questions | Custom quote | Knowledge base first, with less deal context behind each answer |
| Highspot | Large buyer-facing content libraries | Custom quote | A suite purchase, not an assistant you bolt on |
What to test in a Spekit AI Sidekick trial
Run the demo on your own content and your own deals, not the vendor's sample org. The honest test is simple: load your top 50 pieces of content, give Sidekick to one pod for a month, and compare questions to managers and time to first deal against a control group.
- Is AI Sidekick included in our package or sold as an add-on, and at what price per seat?
- When the library has no answer, does Sidekick say so, or does it fall back to a general model?
- Can each answer show which approved source it came from?
- Which call recorders besides Gong feed deal context into recommendations?
- How does Sidekick work for reps on Outlook desktop, mobile, or Microsoft Teams?
- What data leaves our environment, and is any of it used to train models?
- Which usage and adoption reports can enablement see, by rep and by team?
Spekit AI Sidekick questions buyers ask
What is Spekit AI Sidekick?
It is the AI assistant in the Spekit enablement platform. It answers rep questions, recommends content, coaches on objections, and drafts follow-ups inside the tools reps already use.
Where does Sidekick work?
Spekit describes it as a Chrome extension that works in any browser tab, with native placement in Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, Gong, and Slack. The Chrome Web Store listing showed about 60,000 users when we checked in September 2026.
How much does Spekit AI Sidekick cost?
Spekit does not publish pricing. Its pricing page says packages are customized to company size and use case. Ask whether Sidekick is included in your plan.
Has Spekit been acquired?
We found no sign of that as of September 2026. Spekit was the buyer in its most recent deal, acquiring Cquence in December 2024, according to Crunchbase.
How is Sidekick different from Salesforce or HubSpot AI?
CRM assistants focus on records, activities, and pipeline. Sidekick focuses on enablement content, such as talk tracks, battlecards, and process guides, and uses deal context to pick the right piece.
Does Sidekick replace Guru or Highspot?
It overlaps with both. Guru is a company-wide knowledge base with AI answers. Highspot is a content management and enablement suite. Sidekick is closest to Guru for rep questions and to Highspot for content recommendations.
Is Sidekick free to use?
No. Spekit sells Sidekick as part of the Spekit platform by custom quote, not as a standalone free app, and its pricing page does not say whether Sidekick is in every package. Ask whether it is included in your plan or priced as an add-on.
What does Spekit do?
Spekit is the enablement platform Sidekick lives in. It delivers training, process guidance, and knowledge inside the tools reps already use, which is also the library Sidekick answers from. See our Spekit review for pricing and fit.
