Channeltivity pricing, features and alternatives

Channeltivity is worth buying when deal registration and market development funds currently live in spreadsheets and email, and you want those two workflows fixed rather than a partner ecosystem platform. Channeltivity publishes no prices: it quotes three packages, Growth, Mid-Market and Enterprise, sized by partner count rather than by seats, with no trial or setup fee listed.

Pricing checked against Channeltivity's pricing page.

The short answer

Buy Channeltivity if a channel lead and two or three partner managers are currently arbitrating deal registration conflicts by hand and approving co-marketing budgets over email. Deal registration, MDF and partner engagement are the centre of the product rather than modules bolted onto a suite, which keeps the implementation scope small enough to finish.

Skip it if your partner motion is mostly affiliate or referral links, where an affiliate platform fits the tracking and payout model better. Skip it too if account mapping with your partners' CRMs matters more to you than deal registration, which is a different product entirely: Crossbeam solves overlap and co-selling and may sit alongside a PRM rather than replace one.

Where Channeltivity fits

Channeltivity is partner relationship management software built around three jobs: deal registration, market development funds and partner engagement. It sits in our partner management software directory alongside tools that solve adjacent problems badly described by the same acronym, so the first decision is which problem you have. A PRM manages the partners you have recruited. An account mapping tool finds overlap with partners' pipelines. An affiliate platform tracks links and pays commissions. Buying the wrong one of those three is the most expensive mistake in this category.

The team it fits is small and the partner program is growing. Usually that means one channel lead and a handful of partner managers running a program that has outgrown spreadsheets but does not yet justify an enterprise PRM rollout. Channeltivity's own packaging reflects that: Growth is sized for around 100 partners, Mid-Market for hundreds and Enterprise for thousands. If your program sits at a dozen partners, you probably do not need a PRM yet, and the honest answer is to keep the spreadsheet until deal registration conflicts start costing you partner trust.

Deal registration is where that trust is won or lost, so it deserves most of your evaluation time. Who registered the deal first, whose registration expires when, and what happens when a partner registers something your own team is already working are the questions that produce angry partner calls. Test a duplicate registration, a registration that matches an existing CRM opportunity, and an expiring registration, and watch how each one surfaces to your channel team. Partner-sourced deals also have to appear in your sales pipeline with clear source attribution, or the channel's contribution stays invisible at the point it is being budgeted.

MDF is the second workflow, and the test is the full cycle rather than the request form. Follow a partner request through approval, proof of performance and payout tracking, and check that finance sees the same numbers the channel team does. A system where the channel team approves budget that finance reconciles separately is a spreadsheet with a login screen.

Portal adoption is the quiet failure mode. A partner portal nobody logs into is spend with no return, and no amount of configuration fixes a portal partners find slower than emailing their channel manager. Put two or three real partners inside it during the evaluation, and ask them one question that is not about features: what would make you come back. Then pilot with your three most active partners. If they register deals through the portal without being chased, the product is doing its job.

Our sources hold little independent review data on Channeltivity, which changes how you should buy rather than whether you should. References carry more weight than usual, so ask for customers with a similar number of partners who have been live more than a year, and ask them specifically about CRM sync of registered deals and about how partners feel about the portal. Those two answers predict the outcome better than any feature list.

Channeltivity pricing

Channeltivity publishes no prices, no trial and no setup fee. Our September 2026 check of its pricing page found three named packages, Growth for programs of about 100 partners, Mid-Market for hundreds and Enterprise for thousands, with the page stating that partner programs do not fit seat-based pricing and that quotes are tailored to program structure and scale. That last point changes the arithmetic you can do here: the ten-seat multiplication that works on a per-seat CRM does not apply, because your internal channel team size matters far less than how many partner companies you have.

Five things set the number, and the second one is the question nobody asks until renewal.

  1. Partner company count, which is the primary unit and the thing that puts you in Growth, Mid-Market or Enterprise. Establish how a partner company is counted when a reseller has multiple branches.
  2. Where the package boundary sits. Ask at what partner count the price steps up, and ask for the annual figure at today's count and at double it. If recruitment goes well, you want to know what year two and year three cost before you sign year one.
  3. Partner users, as distinct from partner companies. Confirm whether partner logins are unlimited inside your package, because a program with ten contacts per partner is a different shape from one with two.
  4. Implementation or setup fees. The pricing page lists none, which is not the same as there being none, so ask for it as a written line.
  5. CRM integration scope, Salesforce or HubSpot, and specifically how registered deals sync and how conflicts with existing opportunities are flagged. This is where implementation estimates move most.

There is no price table on this page because Channeltivity publishes no figures, and there is no benchmark either. Third-party listings show conflicting entry prices that we could not verify with the vendor, so treat any number you find online as a starting point for a negotiation rather than as a budget, and ask Channeltivity directly for the annual figure at your partner count. Get the package boundary, the partner user allowance, the setup fee and the CRM integration scope in writing. Our SaaS contract negotiation checklist covers the clause-level version, and how we review software explains why we print no figure rather than repeat an unverified one.

What Channeltivity gives up

You give up knowing the price, and you give up the usual workaround. With no published figures and conflicting third-party listings we could not confirm with the vendor, there is no honest way to budget this from public information. Ask for the annual price at today's partner count and at double it in the same conversation, and hold a competing PRM quote while you negotiate rather than afterwards.

You give up per-seat arithmetic. Because the unit is the partner program rather than the user, adding channel managers does not move your bill much and recruiting partners does. That is the right model for a PRM, and it has a consequence worth planning for: a successful recruitment year is also a renewal negotiation. Find out where the package boundaries sit before recruitment crosses one.

You give up scope beyond the three core workflows. Affiliate tracking and co-selling account mapping are different jobs, and a focused PRM does not cover them. If your partner strategy depends on knowing which of your accounts overlap with a partner's pipeline, that is Crossbeam sitting next to the PRM, not instead of it, and it is a second contract. Decide now whether you are buying one tool or two.

You give up the enterprise end of the channel. Large multi-tier channels with complex tiering, certification requirements and enterprise compliance obligations are what the heavier platforms are built for, and Impartner is the comparison to run if that describes you. Choosing a focused PRM means accepting a ceiling, which is a reasonable trade when the ceiling is above where your program will be in three years.

You give up the comfort of a large public review corpus. Our sources hold little independent review data, so you are relying on references and on a partner pilot more than you would with a mainstream CRM. Budget time for both. Our software pilot plan template is where to commit named partners to a named pilot before the contract rather than after it.

You give up a confirmed free trial. Our sources do not establish one. Ask about trial or pilot options directly, and insist that real partners are inside any evaluation, because an internal-only trial tests the half of the product that was never the risk.

How Channeltivity compares

Most of the PRM market quotes rather than publishes, and the three tools below that do publish are useful for a different reason: they show what a partner program costs when a vendor is willing to put a number on it. The split that decides a shortlist is not features but partner model. Channeltivity, Allbound and Kiflo PRM are focused PRMs for growing programs. Impartner is the enterprise multi-tier option. Crossbeam solves account mapping and co-selling, which is a different problem that buyers routinely confuse with this one. Magentrix PRM publishes a monthly platform rate, which makes it the easiest price anchor in the table. Every published figure comes from that product's own pricing.

ToolBest forPriceWhere it breaks
ChanneltivityGrowing programs fixing deal registration and MDF firstCustom quote; three packages sized by partner countNo published figure to budget from, and scope stops short of affiliate tracking and account mapping
AllboundA close alternative weighted toward partner enablementCustom quote; no published rateQuote-only, so comparing it against Channeltivity needs two sales conversations
Kiflo PRMThe smallest programs that still want a published entry priceCore from $399/mo for 25 partners; Plus and Premier by quotePartner-count tiers mean a recruitment push re-prices you quickly
Magentrix PRMA published platform rate to anchor every other quote against$1,500/mo Essential; $3,000/mo Advanced; Unlimited by quoteThe entry rate is a real monthly floor, which is steep for a program of 25 partners
ImpartnerLarge multi-tier channels with compliance and certification needsCustom quote; no published rateEnterprise scope means a longer implementation than a focused PRM needs
CrossbeamAccount mapping and co-selling rather than partner managementFree tier; Connector $4,800/year; Supernode by quoteIt is not a PRM, so deal registration and MDF are not jobs it does at all

What to test in a Channeltivity pilot

Our sources do not confirm a free trial, so ask about pilot options and insist that real partners take part. Pilot with your three most active partners rather than with internal users: the question is not whether your channel team can operate the portal, it is whether partners will. Every step below is designed to produce something you can show a budget holder.

  1. Register the same deal twice from two partner accounts and watch how the conflict reaches your channel team. Then time how long it takes a channel manager to resolve it.
  2. Register a deal that matches an existing CRM opportunity, and check what the system does and what your sales team sees. This is the scenario that turns a partner into a detractor.
  3. Let a registration expire. Confirm who is notified, when, and whether the partner finds out before they call you about it.
  4. Run one complete MDF cycle with a real partner: request, approval, proof of performance and payout tracking. Have finance look at the same record and confirm the numbers reconcile.
  5. Check that partner-sourced deals land in your CRM with source attribution you can report on, so channel contribution is visible when budgets are set.
  6. Put three real partners in the portal for two weeks without chasing them, then count logins and registrations. Ask each one what would make them come back.
  7. Confirm the partner user allowance inside your package, and count your actual contacts per partner rather than your intended ones.
  8. Ask for the annual price at today's partner count and at double it, plus any setup fee and the CRM integration scope, all in writing before the pilot ends.
  9. Speak to a reference with a similar number of partners who has been live over a year, and ask them about CRM sync of registered deals and partner portal adoption rather than about features.

Channeltivity questions buyers ask

What is Channeltivity?
Channeltivity is partner relationship management software focused on deal registration, MDF management, and partner engagement.
How much does Channeltivity cost?
Channeltivity does not publish prices. It quotes Growth, Mid-Market and Enterprise packages based on partner count rather than seats, according to its pricing page in September 2026.
