HubSpot
HubSpot Operations Hub is HubSpot's toolset for RevOps work inside HubSpot: syncing data with other apps, automating operational processes, and cleaning up records.
It is aimed at teams whose GTM stack is centered on HubSpot and whose RevOps function spends too much time on imports, duplicates, and brittle integrations. For Salesforce-first teams, it is rarely the right starting point.

Operations Hub is now sold as HubSpot Data Hub. HubSpot's product catalog lists Free (up to 2 users), Starter at $20 per seat per month, Professional at $800 a month including 1 Core Seat (the pricing page shows $720 on annual billing), and Enterprise at $2,000 a month billed annually including 1 Core Seat. Extra seats are $50 a month on Professional in the catalog ($45 on the pricing page) and $75 on Enterprise. There is a 14-day trial of Professional and Enterprise, and the catalog lists no onboarding fee.
Most RevOps teams do not need 10 Data Hub seats, because only the people who build syncs and automations use it. If all 10 did, Professional would cost $720 x 12 + 9 x $45 x 12 = $8,640 + $4,860 = $13,500 a year on the pricing page's annual rates, or $15,000 at catalog rates. A more typical setup, 3 RevOps users, is $8,640 + 2 x $45 x 12 = $9,720 a year.
Programmable automation (custom code), webhooks and data quality automation start on Professional, and Data Studio consumes HubSpot Credits, so heavy use can add credit purchases at $0.01 each. Compare the cost against what it replaces: middleware subscriptions, one-off sync scripts, and hours spent cleaning data by hand.
Pricing checked September 2026 on HubSpot's product and services catalog and hubspot.com/pricing.
Pricing checked against the source named above. Plans change often, so confirm on the vendor's site before procurement.
Data work without leaving HubSpot. Sync, automation, and cleanup happen on the same records sales and marketing use, so RevOps does not need a separate integration platform for common jobs.
HubSpot Data Hub is one of 14 tools we cover in Revenue Operations Software.
It fits HubSpot-centered GTM teams with a RevOps or marketing ops owner who spends real time on data quality and connecting HubSpot to other tools.
Automation built without documentation becomes its own maintenance problem. Decide who owns workflows and how changes are reviewed before you give many admins access.

Workflow automation handles routing, updates, and cleanup tasks. Rebuild one workflow that currently lives in a script or middleware and see whether it holds up.
Duplicate and formatting cleanup is a core use case. Run it against a copy of your messiest object and review what it changes before enabling it in production.
If routing or scheduling is the real problem, compare Operations Hub with a dedicated tool such as LeanData or Default before buying a higher tier.
Cleanup and automation run directly on your HubSpot records.
Common sync and cleanup jobs no longer need separate middleware.
Offers little value to teams whose CRM is not HubSpot.
Programmable automation and data quality automation start on Professional at $720 a month billed annually, so Starter's $20 per seat understates the RevOps cost.

Operations Hub is now called Data Hub. It has a free plan, Starter at $20 per seat per month, Professional at $720 a month billed annually ($800 list) with 1 seat included, and Enterprise at $2,000 a month billed annually. Checked September 2026.
Starter is $20 per seat per month with 500 credits a month. Professional adds programmable automation, webhooks, data quality automation and 5,000 credits a month, per HubSpot's product catalog.
HubSpot offers a 14-day trial of Data Hub Professional and Enterprise. Test on a sandbox or copy of your data.
Not always. If data sync and cleanup take significant RevOps time, it is worth evaluating. If not, Sales Hub alone may be enough.
For lead routing and scheduling, LeanData and Default are the common dedicated tools. For activity capture and data quality across a broader stack, People.ai is another option.
Strong for revenue planning, compensation, and predictability across sales and finance.
